HA! I thought you might comment. I am using the term epic as a joke but I also am not ready to race and I don't know when I will be. You really are not going to like this one but it is an equation I use. I do an out and back 2 mile time trial to determine if I am ready to race. If I get below 5:05 I know I can hang in there. If I am above I am not going to be able to do a whole lot for my teammates... I am at about 5:15. I could go down there and get dropped or ride for fun with friends. Everybody is different but for me it is a clear choice. I hear you are strong this spring!! Good Luck today!!!
i know racing is not for everyone, I just had to tease you! I rode well today at Ken Woods, first time ever I made it to the finishing climb with the group! love skibby

only in MN do you go from 85 to snow in two days....lets see...where did I put my winter clothes...i just used them two days ago...
